Returns
If you are trying a new tea for the first time, we recommend that you start with a sample size before ordering in bulk. We also encourage customers to experiment with various brewing methods—often, adjusting the water temperature, steeping time, or amount of tea can resolve “issues”!
We understand that sometimes you may want to return products. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase on the site then please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, and may take longer depending on your financial institution. Any products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them, with the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If an item has arrived broken, please contact us to request a replacement and dispose of the broken item. Provide photos of the damaged items so we can investigate the cause of the damage.
All return shipping charges will be paid by the customer unless items were damaged upon arrival.
